Have you ever tried magnesium citrate?
I know it is a powerful laxative and I want to plan to use it sometime before September just to clear out my system and start over with a clean diet.
What are your experiences with this? Was your digestion normal after taking it? What happened during the total process?

It works! I took it up to that time a colonoscopy and within 30 minutes my system was in the cleaning process! Don't run it all at once though. Finish the small bottle within 2 hours.
