Is it safe to take 3 Divalproex 500mg on Top of 1 Seroquel 300mg?

i did a bit of research on this topic. One thing to realize is that antipsychotic drugs such as seroquel and antiepileptic drugs such as divalproex (valproic acid) are commonly prescribed together since both classes of drugs have been found to be useful within treating a variety of psychological illnesses.
As it turns out divalproex is not found to have much interaction with lots of the common newer (2nd and 3rd generation) antipsychotics. Seroquel is a 2nd generation antipsychotic. It does turn out that seroquel can induce some liver enzyme activity which could interact near a series of other medications you may be taking. Valproic acid seems to be a rightly clean drug, having some inhibitory effects on certain liver enzymes but none that interact near seroquel or common drugs.
It is perfectly safe according to contemporary research. However, every body is different and adjectives drugs effect each other to some degree. With that said, note if you be aware of any irregularities and recommend to your doctor to get a blood pannel done once in a while to monitor any changes surrounded by your physiology.
