As it is known, omega 3 is essential and beneficial for our health......
I thought, without any prescription, to anecdote those pills Omega 3 Bio Life Dietary supplement......It is written that they decrease cholesterol and cardiac problems.....but I've been taking them for a month...Then, i realized I should phone the pharmacist, he told me these pills should be taken for 45 years and up, for folks with heart problems....I'm 17, but they are simply omega 3 dietary supplement...I think it's not a big issue,
What do u think? What may own happened?

It is highly unlikely you will have a problem from them. I own never heard of Omega 3's only for people 45+. They own many uses including depression. I took Omega 3 for several months (on the advice of a doctor) when I was in the order of 16 because they can help with mood. I had a markedly rare reaction where I have a major acne breakout after taking it- but I have annoyingly sensitive skin. It is never a bad notion to talk with your doctor but I can't think of a motivation not to take it. Source(s): I am a medical student at a university in Montréal, QC, Canada in psychiatry and internal medication. I have a specialist degree (Hons. BSc) in pharmacology and I own interned under two psychiatrists, and one neurologist. I have also worked as a pharmacy assistant.
I take taken Omega 3
I'm also a pharmacist. I search this on PubMed database and couldn't find exactly what you wanted, but I did find some other info. The Omega 3's have been given, and studied surrounded by pregant women, infants, and children. They are trying to link the beneficial effects on brain function. They are looking at improved brain function as a result of giving kids omega 3 fatty acids. The side effects are minimal (Stomach symtomes and fish burps mainly). Will they help prevent cardiac and cholesterol problems contained by a 17 year old..we may never know, but they may help your brain develop, and as a side effect have some beneficial effects on other parts of your body. So I would pocket them in moderation, and not overdo it. Do some more research on dosing (I don't know how much omega-3s are in each of your capsule or if anything else is in them), but I think you are okay.
