Pharmacy personal statement facilitate please?

I am writing a paragraph on work experience. I have done 3 work experiences.

1. I worked at a local pharmacy branch as a community pharmacist dealing with prescriptions and all for two weeks.

2. I worked as a dental assistant surrounded by a local dental surgery shadowing a dentist for a week.

3. I undertook duties as a work placement student in the general surgery department of Sheffield coaching hospitals NHS foundation trust. I shadowed a surgeon performing various day to day operation on patients.

Can anyone help me put the above into one really good paragraph please?

While I am willing to lend a hand people out with individual homework questions from time to time, in attendance is nothing more important to do for oneself than your personal statement to get into a professional conservatory. Otherwise, it is not YOUR personal statement. I consider anyone else writing it as hard-core cheating, and therefore will not participate.
