I lately took a second tuberculosis shot?

the first i took in january for school and it came rear legs that i had an immunity. i had to pocket another one because i am volunteering at a hospital. this time i felt kinda sick afterwards but i hadnt eatten anything all day past or after the shot. now i have a headache and it has be for hours since i got the shot. i still have a red mark on my arm and its still sympathetic of sore. is this a normal reaction or is this because i havent eatten? the bump has gone down to skin horizontal but its still red. its not hard or anything, soft as usually just a tad irritable when i touch it. is this because i got the shot again?
Answers:
depends what mode you got as there are 4 out in the flea market but most likely it is a reaction to the adjuvant (part of the vaccine) you might be allergic against. If t was a vaccine beside demobilized bacteria (Mantoux) it would be the normal immune reaction.
i muse your okay as long as you don't have a visible bump. i think you only have side effects from the shot.
