Questions in the order of mortal a Obstetricians?
i would like to know how long do you have to go to institution after high school?
how much do they make a year?
do they form enough to have a pretty big house and a nice car?
how much work is it really?
is it worth it?
and if you are one can you recount me how you like it and what you think of it

After high school you involve 13 years of training: 4 college, 4 med school + 5 residency.
Salaries vary widely, and if you haven't even started the educational process, there's no describing what the situation will be like by the time you finish. If you're in it for the money, don't bother.
OB/GYN is an incredible amount of work. You have to see patients surrounded by the office, do gyn surgery in the regular OR, and staff labor and delivery. Those docs hold some very busy nights (babies come when they're ready, not when it's convenient for you). Nobody looks rougher than an obstetrician surrounded by the morning after a night on call.
I enjoyed OB surrounded by med school, but not enough to spend my life doing it. I prefer to poke their patients' wager on with huge epidural needles. My guess is that you had your first ever gynecology exam, and encounter a particularly skilled doctor.
OB/Gyn doctors start their education by obtaining a four year scope, usually in a hard science field. They keep going a high GPA all four years. Then they take an entry exam (in the US it is call MCAT). If their scores are good, they may apply to a number of different medical school. Should they be accepted, they attend medical school for four years, graduating near an MD. In the last year of med school, they decide on a specialty and apply for residency positions. Residency surrounded by OB/Gyn by the time you get there will probably be another five years. At the end of that time you hold a several day "board exam" and if you pass, you can hang your shingle and be considered an obstetrician.
The reality that you are interested in the money, house and car indicates to me that you are interested more in the trappings than the job. It is very long, very difficult, and does impact your family go to a significant degree. Babies decide to be born at all times of the daytime and night, holidays, floods and funerals.
If you are not a workaholic, this might not work out for you. It will be decades before you can afford a fancy car.
