i no a teenager who has only one of his testicles hold dropped!what should he do??

Are you sure only one has "dropped"?
Obviously you know your own body but are you aware that one testicle is supposed to be lower than the other? All men have this, its to stop them bang into each other.
Check with your Doc to be on the safe side tho.
This is common but roughly in younger males.Hell have to see a doctor who wil refer him(if its bad enough)to a standard surgeon who will do a minor surgery called an Orchidectomy to lift it back up by adjectives away some of the skin.
