As soon as I start to fall down asleep, I start have mild chest pains and breathing problems?

But when I wake up these symptoms go away, I am fine.
What causes this, and what is the best treatment
Answers:
Well these symptoms are pretty generic, and and so the root cause could be anything from a GI issue, an anxiety issue, a muskoskeletal issue or even a cardiac issue.

If you feel fine when you are up and moving about, later I would lean towards GI being the root cause. Possibly some severe acid reflux, as this is exaserbated when family get in the laying position. There is also another condition which is GI contained by nature called, Barrets Esophogus that gives the symptoms contained by which you describe. You should look that up and see how it fits with the way you feel.

If you hold any way to check your blood pressure (can go to a pharmacy and use their BP machine) then I would do that. Also if you can check your pulse rate, after that would be great as well. Find your pulse in your neck and count how heaps beats you feel in 15 second, then multiply that number by 4 and you will have your pulse/heart rate. Go online and find the scales for pule and BP rates for your age and see if yours are normal. If they are not consequently you should go ahead and get to a doctor. If they are, then you stipulation to set up an appointment with a GI doctor. Source(s): Toxicologist
There are many different conditions which could possibly cause this. None of which could be diagnosed in need seeing you in person and doing tests. I wouldn't dawdle on a shoddy Yahoo diagnosis. Go to the hospital and get checked out. Source(s): B.Sc. (Honours) Microbiology/Immunology

This cannot possibly be diagnosed without a detailed history and physical examination. The index of possible diagnoses would run to 50 pages. See a doctor. Source(s): I'm a physician.
