Adrenal on top of kidneys pancreas tucked lower than liver so the pancreas is further up
Adrenal glands are triangular-shaped glands located higher than the kidneys. They produce hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, steroids, cortisol, and cortisone, and chemicals such as adrenalin (epinephrine), norepinephrine, and dopamine. When the glands produce more or less hormones than required by the body, disease conditions may occur.
The adrenal gland.

Viewed in transverse unit (i.e. cut the person in half left-to-right across the middle and after look straight down at the cut half) the pancreas and the left kidney are at the same height. The pancreas sits contained by front of the kidney and behind the stomach.

The adrenal gland is on top of the kidney so it would be higher up. Source(s): Human Anatomy: 5th Edition, Martini et al
