Twitch surrounded by both hand? Side-Effect to Diclac?

I'm in my mid-teens, relatively healthy but not particularly fit.

I've have a twitch in my hands when I was traveling this summer (just a early jerk in one of my fingers). I put it down to heat and stress, but it's continued presently after I got home.

I was recently put on Diclac for leg throbbing I've had for three years, but the diagnoses is not 100%, and I've noticed the twitch getting worse, and to be honest, more worrisome.

Is this just a side effect to the medication? Or something that I should bring up near my doctor?

Thank you in advance :)

if u have diarrhea, vomiting, decreased appetite, w/ Diclac, u may have lost valuable minerals, which may make happen such twitches, (potassium loss is most common...);
C a doctor, may check ur blood metabolic panel, 2 c ur mineral, (electrolyte) levels, if it is not that, doc will refer u to a specialist, 2 figure it out...
