Is Lyrica considered a narcotic?
I am really confused...some say it is, some say it isnt. I am really worried because I think my dad take to much. He has been to a detox program in former times, because he was taking too much demarol. I am really worried about him. He has be acting really weird lately, and I dont know what to do. My mom doesnt either. He did admit yesterday he be taking more then perscribed of Lyrica, but I am really confused on what it is used for. I was put on Lyrica for chest pain prior to him, but I never really took it. If you could please abet with an answer it would really be appreciated.
Answers:
Lyrica is not a narcotic, it is considered to have a low potential for abuse, and a predetermined dependence liability if misused, and is thus classified as a Schedule V drug in the U.S.
