I imagine my mum have Skitzophrenia, what should I do?
I am quite sure that my mum who I live alone with has Skitzophrenia.
From adjectives the work I've done and researched about the mental illness, my mum checks most if not adjectives symptoms.
Her personality changes and get aggressive regularly and I hear her conversation to herself and when I ask her who she is talking too, she says "you know perfectly ably who I'm talking too" as if I am meant to know. She never gives me a straight answer when I ask her almost it.
To me, this seems out right Skitzophrenia, do you agree?
What should I do?

you should report your information to your counties' department of mental health and or to your counties' department for the protection of adults. and enjoy your mother evaluated by a legitimate psychiatrist, and be very carefull that your mother is not misdiagnosed because have an certified diagnosis from a psychiatrist as being schizophrenic carries a lot of mass with it and can cause some very serious problems to your mother and to you and your instantaneous family but if the diagnosis is accurate then i guess what has to be have to be but being misdiagnosed as schizophrenic when in reality a character is not schizophrenic can create some very seious complications and problems for every member of the family of the being that was misdiagnosed because a lot of people do not know adjectives the truth about schizophrenia and society has created a stereotypical explanation to the general public something like what schizophrenia is that is not accurate and usually the people that create that sterotypical explanation are people who are not okay infromed about what schizophrenia is. I was diagnosed as paranoid schizoprenic back contained by 1981 or 1982 and after i was diagnosed with that illness i read several books roughly schizophrenia and about mental illness and i realized that oodles symptoms did not match the symptoms that i felt and that i had which lead me to believe that i was misdiagnosed but i am not 100% sure that i was misdiagnosed and i am not a mental health expert and my foremost in college was law not medication personally i believe the the accurate diagnosis in my case is that i hold a very severe psychological trauma and very sever chronic relentless stress caused by the certainty that i have been an obssesive compulsive perfectionist for many years and the withdrawal of enough monetary resources to fuel my perfectionism caused very totally very severe stress to me causing me to become mentally ill, i also believe that possibly my illness was caused by the certainty that i lived in a board and care type of arrangement in mexico city beside 3 old women who i never knew exactly what kind of inhabitants they were if they were honest people or the white collar criminal type of ethnic group and i suspect that they put somekind chemicals in my food because they cooked my food and those chemicals created very serious biochemical and phsiological imbalances surrounded by my brain and in my nervous system in nonspecific. I also suspect that the u.s. government or some other official or non official trial or illegal organization has be monitoring and upsetting the chemical balance of my nervous system with the assistance of highly sophisticated electronic equipment that they do not need to be near me to use that equipment at a distance away from surrounded by such away that i never see them with my own 2 physical eyes. i would like to mention that i am not 100% sure that everything i say here is 100% true and bacause explicitly true they qualify only as theories, a few months back i requested to my psychiatrist that he do a 100% conscientious and detailed reexamination of all of my suitcase and my psychiatrist just ignored me 100% and he told me that there is no necessitate for that and that he is sure that the diagnosis is correct. I also requested a copy of all of my medical records so that i could do that analysis of my case and they refuse 100% to give me the copy of my medical records that i requested from them i think that they hold ulterior motives for doing that to me but i am not 100% sure that that is true. I would like to mention also that i have a sister explicitly 46 years old that very ofter i catch her discussion to herself and when i ask her why she does that she told me that several years she went ot see a dentist to get some work done on her teeth and she noticed that after she departed the dentist office several hours later she began to hear conversations of culture that were not near her and some of those people would be up to one mile or further away from her and ever since next she has been hearing race talking in her ear and she says that some of those populace talk to her directly because they know who she is and they know a lot about her existence and her family and that when she is talking to herself in genuineness she is not talking to herself she is talking to the people that have a word to her in her ear and that they are able to hear her talking and they answer her pay for so in reality she is talking to someone but the other human being is invisible because the other person is not nearby after much discussion about this thing between my sister and i we have come to the conlusion that it is true that my sister is not talking to herself that she is actually conversation to a live person and we have come to he conclusion that when she went to dance see that dentist the dentist put somekind of miniature microphone in one of her teeth and that is why she can hear people conversation in her ear , my sister told me that when she went to go see that dentist she notice something kind of peculiar and kind of odd and i.e. that the den Source(s): my source is my personal experiences dealing with my diagnosis of schizophrenia.

First I would want to know how old she is, because most people present near this disorder in their teens and early adulthood. So if she is 30 or elder, then she would be considered late onset, and contained by that case I would suggest some metabolic panels be run on her to ensure that there is nought physiological going on causing her symptoms, because once she gets diagnosed with a psych disorder, later you will have a difficult time trying to prove any underlying physiological issues from that point on, as she would have already been stamped beside the figurative PSYCH lable in red letters!
Check out Wilson's Disease. This is what the majority of my graduate research be based on. I think you will find it very intersting. See if your mom fits any of those symptoms. Shine a flash pale in her eyes and carefully look and see if you notice a copper colored ring around the iris (kieser-Flescher Ring). If you would approaching more info then you can email me, but essentially this is a genetic disease which causes the patient's body to accumulate too much copper. It is a hepatological (liver) disorder. The ceruloplasam that customarily functions to get rid of excess copper (we get a great deal of copper surrounded by our diet, and it is typically more than we need) is very low in these patients, and thus causes the copper that the missing amount of ceruloplasam cannot go and get rid of, to accumulate in the body. It causes some scarrin of the liver, but more noticable are the psychological symptoms which can immensely closely mimic schizophrenia. It is treated with chealation therapy and then after that the tolerant has to work on some dietary changes, but other than that they can organize a normal life. Source(s): Toxicologist
Well first of all, I can understand your concern for your Mother. As parents procure older we can start seeing the affects of "old age". However, you don't seem to me to be a licensed professional? to be giving a diagnosis. There are too abundant factors to consider. If you feel that your Mother is in hazard to herself or others then report it. Other then that,I think the just thing you can do is talk to her and let her know that you are concerned for her. Let her know that at hand are things she does or says that confuses you. Maybe then it will be easier to get her to capture an evaluation to see what is really going on. She is an adult and can't be forced to go to the doctor. Also, it would just be stingy to flat out tell her that you think she has mental problems and requirements to see a doctor lol. All you can do right now is voice your concern without assumptions.
My sister is a Psychologist, so if you have more question I will try and ask her to see what she says :)
