What does CV/PV stand for surrounded by nursing?

I'm in nursing school and have a CV/PV assessment lab this week, newly wondering what that will involve.

I believe it is related 2 CHF, (heart failure), CV=cardio vascular, PV=pulmonary vascular assessment; u will check for JVD, pulses, CO, SBP/DBP, MAP, heart sounds, pulmonary sounds, etc..., brush up on COPDs, PE, ABGs, & anything related to heart, lungs, vasculature...
