Wats sebaceous gland?
say me about sebaceous glands and steps to be taken to overcome the problems caused by those glands.. Does it do any spoil to our health?

Sebaceaus glands are present in our skin. They secretes slippery secretion. There are plenty on nose, that why nose becomes so slimy.
They are normal part of our body. Nothing to worry or do next to them.
But those glands can be site of acne, specially during teen-ages. Only then you need treatment.
To reduce luck of acne, it is better to use a face-wash/ a mild soap (I personally use soap) to keep your skin clean.
