So long as you have fulfilled the prerequisites for matriculation, any major is okay; we had art most important, history major, german major in my med arts school class.
The same as anyone else's chance; every med school applicant must complete the same prerequisite courses, rob the MCAT, and fill out the same applications, so assuming that all else is equal, the undergrad primary really makes no difference at all.
