Which over-the-counter or prescription drugs work best for staying asleep and/or talent of sleep?

My doctor gave me a drug that knocked me out fast, but that wasn't my problem. I enjoy difficulty with quality of sleep or waking up impulsive. So, next time I see him I want to have more information about important drugs for my particular problem.

I'm also willing to try different over-the-counter options, although the ones I've used surrounded by the past also didn't improve sleep quality or minister to me stay asleep.

I would just take two benadryl it will work great.
Two advil and a benadryl... works like a charm.
