What is the effect of physostigmine (also specified as Eserine) on heart rate? 10 points for first sourced answer?

We did a prac at uni where we exposeed a live frog's heart to different sorts of chemicals however we ran out of time and were inept to try eserine..

Physostigmine is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. This means acetylcholine (ACh) will be allowed to stay around much longer since the enzyme that breaks it down will be inhibited.

ACh will lower heart rate and contractility, while causing muscles to be in contracture, including the diaphragm, primary to suffocation (FYI).
