Where 50 yrs older MM and still going can cram how to spell PHYSICIAN ?!?!?

She posted in the "how long should you continue CPR" question, and spelled physician wrong. Her entire post made no sense.
As far as her maxim "2 yrs. and 2 saves, you do the math" goes...I'm a little more concerned next to her as an EMT not being able to spell PHYSICIAN (someone she probably works w/90% of the time and had to write a few times within 2 YRS in her EMT notes), let alone save my vivacity...figure that one out.

I think that I may be out of the loop on this one, as I am not sure what the question is here. It sounds as though someone who is an EMT answered a cross-question that either you asked or answered as well and she misspelled physician?

Well I would not be too concerned about her anyone an EMT, as most medical professionals suck at spelling. Doctors, nurses, scientists, we all for the most part cannot spell worth a crap, and usually it is because of all of the charting, writing, signing of our name, and on and on, that we get into too big of a hurry to worry about such things. But most importantly, the subdivision of the brain that processes things like spelling, is not the part of the brain that processes the sciences...so that is probably the best explanation.

I know that I enjoy never been able to spell worth a crap, and I am a toxicologist. I was surrounded by the gifted program growing up, graduated with honors from college and go on from there to become a toxicologist with no hitches, and all of my trialling scores such as IQ, MCAT, SAT, GRE, etc. where always fundamentally high...so I think you can feel locked that just because an EMT cannot spell well, they can still be a very righteous EMT and in fact, it may concern me more if I ran across a doctor or medical professional who could spell resourcefully and wrote with neat penmanship...I would be afraid that they slipped thru the cracks and were really quacks!
