I stipulation a nursing dx for a lenient next to fresh birth of seizure.?

I am needing a nursing diagnosis for a patient with tentative onset of seizures. Lab values are wnl. I was thinking risk for spill out but didn't know for sure??

If he is taking Symbyax this can happen to
EPILEPSY
absolutely risk for falls, which is safety. risk for injury. people near seizures may also have self-image problems (depending on the type of seizure) as certain paroxysm are embarrassing. risk for impaired breathing. i dont remember the exact wording for the diagnoses as that is an dry application of knowledge. nursing diagnoses dont really mean anything in the actual world. but good luck!

oh. with those nx dx, always use comfort, sanctuary, and knowledge deficit. you can never go wrong with those three, because they describe every pt within the hospital.
