Is it possible to overdose on a dose you've taken in the past?
I have a naturally high tolerance to medication it runs surrounded by my family. I take 2 Adderall pills (a) 30 mg each most days. On a few occasion I needed 3 pills a day because I worked a double shift. My body handled it fine. I told my dr and he didn't say anything more or less it. Please don't reply with"90 mg a day is too much". Everyone's body responds to things differently, and for me 90 mg in one day is NOT too much. I don't appropriate it every day, some days I don't take my Adderall at all I want to be extra vigilant about it and I was wondering..if I have already taken 90 mg contained by one day a few times before...is there ANY possibility that something desperate could suddenly happen from that same dose? Is it possible to overdose on a dose you've already taken before is basically what I want to know?

Yes. Like somebody said up to that time, a lot of drug abusers get in trouble when estimating their tolerance base on previous use. A lot of our body's digestive system depends on variable data: How much fluid do we have, when did we final eat, low or high blood pressure, etc.
Think of alcoholics. For the most part they function albeit lower than most, later other times they get piss drunk on the same amount and make fools of themselves.
Plus it's possible you could hold digested another chemical that would multiply the effect of the pain medicine, e.g., alcohol and medicine. If you're not spot on what you're at I'd suggest sticking to doctor's orders or at least talk to your doctor.
I think it might be possible... body chemistry probably factor into it somehow. your MD maybe realized you are overly resistant to medications?

Absolutely. I will use a more serious example to illustrate this: copious people who abuse drugs such as heroin get verbs and then go back to using at their feeble doses. These people often die because they are no longer used to that dose.
