Would it be okay to give somebody a lift tylenol or advil back a cross country see?

shouldn't hurt. probably better to pinch advil because tylenol is hard on an empty stomach.

The other responder said Tylenol is easier said than done on an empty stomach, but ibuprofen, an NSAID, is actually the one you will absolutely inevitability to eat with. Really both of them should be taken with food, but ibuprofen is ably known to upset the stomach.

Anyway, either one should be good for backache, but ibuprofen will also help with inflammation, which will surely occur when running. So, near are a couple things to consider before choosing one: Are you able to eat near the ibuprofen before a race? If not, I would take the Tylenol.
