There's no way to know. If you're so f-ed up that you could die, you don't enjoy the reasoning ability to know what's about to happen.

Don't risk it. Take one medication, then when that one wears off, lug another.
if you are more or less to take more pills or drink more liquid than the bottle tells you. afterwards you are about to overdose.
