What is the nickname of this heart condition?

What is the name of a condition where by the heart loses its regular heart beat. It looks close to its vibrating and looks a bit jelly (i think americans call it jello ) approaching .

Atrial fibrillation is the 'quivering' of the top chambers of the heart and usually is not fatal, although needs to be watch and sometimes treated. Ventricular fibrillation is fatal. If the heart is not shocked back into a normal rhythm, the individual will die.
