Plan B involving hormone level?

Can taking Plan B be a cause of a fibroadenoma benign breast tumor?

The cause of the tumor is unknown, but it is influenced by hormones, estrogen I believe.

I just involve to know if the two relate.
Answers:
Plan B is exactly the same as two normal birth control pills, taken as a single dose. There might be an influence on a fibroadenoma, but it would be spitting in the the deep, and certainly not causal.
