Hormone replacement psychiatric help anyone?

Recently had Dr. test my blood to see if my hormones are balanced. The nurse call and advised everything was fine except the insulin which was 39. Normal insulin is around 17. I'm still waiting for my Dr. to phone for the "next step". What is usually the "next step"?
