How do i go beyond a drug oral exam?

i smoked for the first time about a week ago. i didnt smoke that much. but i got a job today. and past they can hire me i need to take a drug test. although she would close to it today. so i was planing on drinking alot of water and cranberry juice and after go later tonight and take the trial. should i be alright? or is there any other methods i can do. I am a pretty skinny person also. so i dont know if that will effect how long that stuff stays in my system. will the drug still show up? or should i be ok?
