Effects of long residence advil use?
I take one or 2 advils a few days a week (sometimes every day) especially when im in school because i procure headaches very easily. Im 15 and ive be doing this for years. Ive been taking it less because im on birth control, so i only lift it if im in horrible pain, but am i putting myself at any serious health risks?

Stomach ulcers and rectal bleeding are big risks! You need to see a doctor if you really feel the obligation to take that much advil! Advil (and other pain relief meds) can in actual fact cause headaches called "analgesic reverberation headaches." Or your headache could be caused by not drinking enough marine. But you should see a doctor though if you are having these frequent headaches. Advil is not a drug you can continue to nick without having any side effects. It's not harmless a short time ago because it is over-the-counter.

people have died overdosing on aspirins. you see what does is that it stops something call prostogladins i dont remember the name but their part of you Hormones so that you wont recieve pain but it also stops Positive PROST>>that are surrounded by body fat, wich are the ones that protect your Stomach from dissolving from your own stomach acid so thats why you get internal bleeding because those hormones stop ptotecting you when you rob too much aspirins, advil. ect Source(s): dont use them
