Can i thieve these tablets that contain Diphenhydramine?

I am thinking of taking these sleeping tablets but it says "These tablets contains an antihistamine and should not be taken by those who are allergic to diphenhydramine or by those with the following conditions: asthma"
I am 16 and have get asthma. My asthma hasn't been bad in ages and if i do whip them someone will be checking on me often. Can i take those tablets?

Diphenhydramine is the generic name for benadryl. So as long as you dont enjoy any reactions to benadryl then you should be fine. Or if you want cheap sleeping aid you can just by benadryl.
