Adult Advil... For Kids?

My daughter is 12 but she weighs 67lbs, Shes very petite, She has growing pains right immediately. All I have adult Advil... If I was to hand over her one, would she be okay?
Answers:
You can give her one but just to be safe you can split the pill contained by half. She can take the other half within 2 hours. She does seem very small, how tall is she?
Sure, that's fine. The standard dosage collection for ibuprofen is 5-10 mg/kg. At her weight of 30 kg, the 200 mg pill is right in the middle of that dosage range, and you might even consider it somewhat on the conservative side.
My eleven year old, who weighs 64 pounds, has the flu, we hold given her a 200 mg ibuprofen a few times in the last couple of days, really helps.
