Took too much Acetaminophen (tylenol)?

I took way too much and I think I'm going to die right now, how can I bring the pills out of me?

um, you can stick a finger down your throat, pull a Lindsey Lohan and puke up everything you just ate, or if you thhink your really going to die, your best bet would be to call 911 and they will pump your stomach for you beforehand you bleed out or die from something else.
inducing vomiting is not everything that has to be done, as it is difficult to inform when and if the stomach contents have emptied into the intestine.

There is a specific antidote for acetaminophen but you have to see a doctor to win it, the sooner the better.

An overdose of acetaminophen is not too much more than te regular dose. If you can not throw up you need to see an emergency room. Syrup of Ipecac will cause vomiting.
Get your self to the ER. Even if you don't die it will damage your liver and kidneys.
