What should I expect when taking Pristiq?

I was prescribed it this morning, and I think I've read everything off the website and contained by the booklet that they give you..
Other than the listed side-effects, what should I expect? I've never taken anti-depressents or anything like that up to that time, so any information you have would be great!!

Most drugs surrounded by that class take 2 - 6 weeks to really kick in.

Some merciful report feeling 'fuzzy' or tired for a few days at first. This usually passes quickly. The advance in your mood appears gradually.
