What sensitive of pill is this?

I recently found a pill that is round and blueish green with M impressed on oneside and 569 imprinted on the otherside. I cannot find it on drugs.com or anything. does anyone know what it is?

see if you can take a picture and post it. I think you either misread what be on the pill, its not made in an american pharmacy, or its somthing that is sold over the counter.
