Having a brain transplant?

A buddy of mine decided he wants my brain, and seeing this as a business opportunity I decided he can hold it. (For a price of course)
What we need to know at the moment is how would we go about have a brain transplant? Or at least somehow cutting out the specific parts of my brain he wants and totalling it on his own.

There are some valuable thoughts in my brain that I don't plan on giving out for any small settlement of cash at the moment, so how would we move about about cutting out specific parts of the brain?

Your expertise would be greatly appreciated to us.

First you have to remove the frontal lobe, and later after that it's a breeze. The frontal lobe can just be chucked away, it's useless. Then start with the brainstem, disconnect this (hedge clippers should suffice) from the spinal cord, and chuck it in some gravy to hang on to while you swap brains. The pineal gland is the thing that holds the memories, keep that (it's in the middle of the brain, I usually use a screw driver) to split the two globes, type of like splitting a apriciot.

Then, just jam on the other creature brainstem, and cover with a wig while it heals.
ROFL! piece of cake!
