Why organ transplants should be official.?

i have to write a debate for why organ transplants should be allowed. i have tryed researching but everything comes up as "should organ donation be mandatory or not?" that is not what im looking for. the just reason i can come up with, is the obvious drive that it saves live.

help me please?!
