Cigarrettes cause they own way more carcinogens...both are bad for your lungs though as tiny microparticles will travel deep into your lungs and if you smoke abundantly of either will definitely cause long-term disfavour.
Cigarettes are physically addictive, which means you will smoke more of them within a given amount of time. This leads to cancer beacuse of the number of carcinogens in them.
You cannot become physically addicted to marijuana, only psychologically addicted. This finances you most likely won't get cancer, it does damage and assassinate brain cells.
