I overdosed on 800mg of ibuprofen could this result to anything serious?
I overdosed yesterday on ibuprofen 800mg
I took about 8 im not quite sure..
I took them yesterday within an hour
Im sixteen years old-fashioned.
Is this anything serious?

If you took them yesterday i think it would have already shown? Idk, i'm not sure
If you took 8 tablets of 800mg respectively, that could be a serious overdose. Ibuprophen overdose symptoms include:
Ringing in the ears
Blurred vision
Diarrhea
Heartburn
Nausea
Stomach pain (possible bleeding within stomach and intestines)
Vomiting
Little to no urine production
Difficult or slow breathing
Wheezing
Headache
Agitation
Incoherence (not understandable)
Confusion
Coma
Drowsiness
Seizures
Dizziness
Unsteadiness
Rash
Sweating

I doubt it if you took them yesterday. But you need to stop doing that before your heart stops or you shut down your kidneys! But I'm no doctor. Just don't worry in the region of it to keep your heart rate down and drink water to keep it down also. But I doubt you'd die from it.
You really should see a doctor, and talk with your parents or a school counselor. This is a sign that things are not right beside you and you need someone to talk to about it, an full-size preferably. Remember that people DO care about you and that go can be very enjoyable if you get relieve.
I dislocated my shoulder and was told to take 4 x 200mg ibuprofen/advil every 6 hour for resembling a week. If you took 8 pills that is 1600 mg. That could upset your stomach, but I don't think it should be fatal. If you are motto you took 8x800, then yeah I think you might wanna call your doctor.

grams of ibuprofen within one day.

Haha. You didn't overdose that is to say for sure. I have some percocet pills and they have acetiminophen in them (350mg respectively or something like that) and I was prescribed two when needed. I'm pretty sure when prescribing medication, great measures are taken to make sure you won't "overdose". They be off atleast a 1g gap inbetween the normal and even close to fatal dose. And plus.. it's acetiminophen.. I devour that for breakfast.
um 800 mg is def not overdosing. 1000mg is how much drs prescribe.....your fine Source(s): my life
