What's the study of human terminology and movements call?

Like you can tell if people are lying or not by the way they are react. Or when they are making something up by the way their eyes move. How the react to certain things.

I know similar to CIA agents, or FBI, detectives and stuff need to learn the basics of it. (If that information help at all...)
