I started taking Tonalin CLA and I own a serious press?
I started taking Tonalin CLA and I have a serious question?
I have trouble swallowing pills, and i started taking tonalin cla (1000 mg) in the region of a week ago. I am taking 6 pills a day (2 at breakfast, 2 at lunch, and 2 at dinner) and i am having the most difficult time swallowing them. since they are liguid, could i possibly just cut the pill and put the solution into my food? or would that not be as effective?

Hi. I have done that with other liqui-gels and never have that be a problem, but can't say for sure with regard to Tonalin.
I am curious, own you seen any results from the Tonalin yet? I have only been reading up on it and am thinking of starting to take that myself. That is a lot of pills to filch in a say though! I have a rugged time taking things once a day much less that many times. :~)
