Link between brackish and CHD?

Salt level and fluid level are interchangeable (more or less). That is, the more brackish one has, the more fluid they maintain due to the movement of water. Normally the kidney does a pretty polite job of removing the excess salt that one ingests in a light of day, but if for whatever reason, the body starts building up salt contained by the body, it also keeps excess fluids.
