The Egyptians - they found the skeleton of a woman who had been treated for loads and loads of diseases waaaaay hindmost in ancient history, stuff that should have killed her if she hadn't have a doctor. I think it might have been national geographic or topical scientist I read it in, but I'm not sure.
Depends on what you mean first doctors I am sure the Sumerians had drug men but I guess the best answer would be the Greeks since I believe Hippocrates works are the first we have in print form.
