Are alcohol containing roll on deodorant's better than aluminum containing ones?

I switched from aluminum to alcohol because i heard aluminum is bad for you. Then they said ALCOHOL gives you mouth or throat cancer? Is this true within perhaps getting breast cancer or cancer of lymph nodes under your arm.

I'm not a dermatologist so I'm not aware with the latest literature concerning alcohol content in deodorants and their association beside malignancies. I know that alcohol can irritate the skin quite a bit and for this reason many patients avoid using it.
