Are there any pharmacology journals where I can read nearly various advances within the corral?

There are many dozen pharmacology journals but that's not where you want to be looking. Cutting snake studies are not what you will be studying the first year of pharm and certainly not what you might be asked or need to know when applying to graduate schools. I would suggest that up to that time you start reading journals, master the basics so you understand what you are reading. The best overall pharm paper is Goodman & Gilman's Pharmacological Basis of Therapeutics (now in at least its 10th edition). This is the classic pharm text for any being in any branch of medicine. If you don't have any pharm or supporting physiology training, you might start with something more basic such as Drugs, The Brain and Behavior: The Pharmacology of Abuse and Dependence (by Brick), or Drugs and Behavior (by Ray). These are very assured and easy to read, respectively, intro texts that will get you on track to face G & G. Julien's a Primer on Drug Action is also pretty good.
