I enjoy be taking Wellbutrin XL 300 mg for 4 months and afterwards I go a week minus it?

I have been taking Wellbutrin XL 300 mg for 4 months and then I go a week without taking it. I just didn't have the money to obtain my refill..But now that I am gonna be taking it tommorow, how long will it take to start working? Immediate? Or am I looking at the initial 3-4 week keep on like starting Wellbutrin XL?
