This is actually a very complicated question, and I doubt that you can find the answer that you obligation on here. That being said, I will still give it a shot.
To preface this answer, I am not a psychiatrist. I minored in psych within undergrad, but have had very little run within with psych issues since my fourth year med school clinical inpatient rotation.
The stabbing head pains could be a range of issues. Most likely, they are a reaction to stress. Certain headaches (tension headaches) may produce some of duplicate symptoms as you describe. Though it is very, very, very, unbelievably low on the list, a tumor of sorts could also be causing this.
Your personality change and frequent crying sound as though you are having some type of reaction, again, to stress. I would be predisposed to bet that a very big change in your duration has occurred in the end 6-12 months. A change that has altered your life as you know it and has left you quite glum. My semi-educated opinion on this is that you are having some type of adjustment disorder.
Lastly, the two lumps behind your ear are feasible lymph nodes. We have tons of them in our body. Their increase in size is most expected from a recent illness, such as a cold, flu, sore throat, etc. They should get smaller in time. Stop outlook them everyday, because then you won't be able to tell if they are getting smaller. Examine them once a week. If they are rock-hard, progress see a doctor soon, because rock-hard lymph nodes are often a sign of bad stuff (i.e., cancer).
Honestly, you should go see your regular own flesh and blood doctor or internist. I think he/she may be able to help you beside your frequent personality changes and tearfulness. Also, they should take a look at those nodes.
Hope that help. Source(s): I'm a doctor
