What would arise if I took too oodles multivitamins?

Relaxxxxx, I'm not going to overdose myself on purpose. I know the dose is just one a day. I"m basically curious, from a medical standpoint, as to what COULD happen if I double the dose? how about triple the dose? or 10X the dose??

Your body can only use so many vitamins in sooner or later the rest will come out in your urine. Ive taken multiple doses of multivitamins in 1 day and adjectives that happened was i had some extremely chance colored pee. It isnt possible to OD on multivitamins though your body will only take what it can use.
Water-soluble vitamins like B and C are very difficult to overdose with. As long as your kidneys are glowing they will have no trouble collecting and eliminating huge quantities of them. Your urine will turn unusual colors because of it's extremely soaring vitamin content and you will feel nauseous. At extremely high level pure B6 becomes a neurotoxin and B3 will cause skin irritation and liver failure.

Fat soluble vitamins are relatively assured to overdose on. Excess quantities will accumulate in fatty tissues and if you thieve massive doses it will build up to toxic levels. Vitamin A, D and E can all cause wound. Symptoms vary by vitamin and some make multicolored urine seem bring under control; vitamin A overdose can overpressurize your skull.

economically some vitimans and minerals are harnfull if you take too much wheras other are completly harmless if you overdose and it will just result contained by expensive pee lol
Too much of a good entry, is a bad thing. Some vitamins, such as Vitamin C, aren't muscle soluble, meaning that they don't "store" inside your body and if your body doesn't use it, it of late gets rid of it. However, other vitamins DO stay in your system, and you begin to over work your liver and other organs when you nick too many or get too much of an amount.
You can overdose to lethal points.

While some vitamins are wet soluble, others are not. Water soluble vitamins can be filtered out by the kidneys in its normal function and eliminate from the body via urine, so excess is not an issue. However, there are certain vitamins which are considered fat soluble. These vitamins cannot be filter out by the liver and kidneys in normal function and therefore excess level build up in the blood and tissues and can eventually have toxic and/or lethal effects.

You should solitary ever take the recommended dosage of any medication (that include vitamins) and I would highly suggest speaking to a doctor or pharmacist before starting point any medical regimen (even vitamins as they CAN be harmful).
Your body will get rid of the excess vitamins. Ever notice how after taking a multivitamin, your pee is BRIGHT yellow? Well, that's the excess vitamins exiting the body... Source(s): it's science
You'd develop super powers.
Iron overdose possibly...iron overdoses can be poisonus.
Any kind of vitamin overdose can be harmful to your body.
The natural vitamins your body produce would any stop being produced or not enough because it thinks it have enough ebccause your vitamins your taking. Same thing with steroids, to much testosterone your body kick up the estrogen to even it out.
only one course to find out
