If it's STAT, and you can't integer it out in your head, your job is to GET OUT OF THE WAY.

If you are having a concern about a drug then you want to address this with your doctor to see what he/she says about your individual desires and perhaps a change in prescription or dosage. I wouldn't go with any dosage answer found in this forum.
