I want to identify this pill...?
my mom found these in her closet, we just moved into a new house and be cleaning it up a little bit, but we don't know what they are, can you please help? We've looked on pill identifiers and such and haven't had any luck, and we aren't sure if to be exact an M or a W.

its a wumbo pill
I don't know what it is. But here's how to find out.
First, ask your doctor.
Second, ask a pharmacist.
If you don't want to do that, travel to the reference desk at a good library and ask for the PDR (Physicians Desk Reference). That is the standard and most comprehensive reference concerning adjectives prescription medications. (If you had asked your doctor or pharmacist, that is the citation he would most likely use.)
If you don't find it in PDR, it is most likely an over-the-counter item. Again, a pharmacist might know, although here are so many, it would be hard to know them all.
My cross-question to you is, why do you care. I hope it's just simple curiosity. If I found pills in the closet of a house I a short time ago moved into, I certainly wouldn't use them under any circumstances.
I'm pretty sure that's a W, and I'm pretty sure the drug is warfarin (i.e. Coumadin)
Whatever it is... here's a hint... throw it away. If you don't know what it is, it might as well be rat poison... oh, wait, warfarin is used surrounded by rat poison... hmmm....
PS... when disposing of drugs it is not very "green" of you to flush them. The new recommendations for disposal are provided on the following website...
