Is it bleak to lug pills olden exporation date?

Since they are 3 yrs past the date, I would suggest not taking them, but all the other answers are apparently from non-professionals, and not from doctors and/or pharmacists. But again, taking asperin after it has expired won't mar you, it just won't help you.

Get one out now and go to the cubicle of the leaflet that describes contra-indications (side effects etc).
Looking at these bad side effects, consider this, they are what can happen to you if you give somebody a lift the medicine (within its best before date range)
Now consider what will happen to the pills (or indeed anything) that is past its use by date.
Simply put: you DO NOT want to have the risk of the side effects occur to you and you MOST DEFINITELY don't want to poison yourself with out of date medicine.

If you or anyone you know has taken medication that is three years out of date, either intentionally or by disaster, get them to a GP as soon as possible, bringing the medicine with you, you may not see hastily the results of the bad medicine, you could be looking at things like liver or kidney dud, cardiac problems etc.
