Question in the region of 'Clinically Tested'?

Okay so I just watched AngryLittleGirI's video on youtube and its driving me crazy. Is is regulated when a producted like airborne puts 'clinically tested' on their sticky label?
Answers:
mmmm no not always... clinically tested routine that we tested it out ourselves on people and we thought it worked fine... FDA approved and such is govt tested with no bias and determines how safe it really is
It means by out line testing by what one see regarding any change from normal appearness . if some one requirements the safety measure they have to put up with tests to proove they are totally good or healthy. examination may vary . It can be laboratory test or x-ray scan etc
well, they have to have proof that their product be tested in a clinical laboratory, or they can get sued or fined. a clinical laboratory doesn't mean it be tested by the FDA, though. it can be a private lab, which can be biased.
