Answers:
Pay vary by the part of the country you live in, some places pay $16 an hour where on earth cities may pay $20+ an hour. Pay also varies by the area you work within, critical care areas make more because of the training and responsibilities they have to lift on (I know one RN in the Emergency Room making $40 an hour). Education can be a 2 year Associate degree (community college), a 3 year Diploma (usually a religious based hospital program), or a 4 year Bachelors amount (univerisity level). After basic education, you could go on to find a Master's degree and become an Advanced Practice Nurse and specialize in whatever nouns you like best (pediatrics, families, geriatrics, nurse anesthetists, etc). Of course the higher your rearing level, the higher the pay and responsibilities. Outlook for nurses is excellent, our population is aging (along near the nurses which are retiring) and the demand for nurses will only increase. There is currently a shortage in abundant areas and some hospitals are offering some very tempting sign-on bonuses (everything from large bonus pays after one year of employment and one hospital down contained by Texas gives a new car to some nurses contained by hard to fill spots). There's great job indemnity in that you can move around the country and find a job just in the order of anywhere! Source(s): RN
Being a nurse is a great field to be in. You can do so much in it. You could be a arts school nurse, teach at a nursing clinic, teach at a university, or work at an office. The average settle is about $20/hour. You need a degree though. In the adjectives, there may be some more techinical stuff in the world that you may not understand, so following in your life, you may want to take some more courses. Being a nurse is impressively rewarding.
